Purpose of This Blog

I am neither pastor, preacher, or biblical scholar. I am simply a Christian who loves reading the Bible. Over the years as I have read it, I have found certain things that have reached out and grabbed hold of me and either encouraged me, rebuked me, built me up, or even torn me apart. The crux of the matter is that it has helped shape my life and made me a better person over the years. Each time I pick my Bible up, something inside its pages demands action. Over the years I have written these things down as a way of helping me to not forget them. In this blog I have purposed to share the things I have learned so that you, the reader, might also benefit from my studies.
